Normally this Taco Bell is better than most however today’s experience was horrible. We placed an order at the kiosk, we had ordered two combos. After waiting about 5 minutes they gave us our food. They hadn’t given us our drinks so we waited at the front counter. Multiple employees looked at us/ walked by us but didn’t come to ask what we needed. The drive through line was around the building and all the way to the street! I couldn't even get in the parking lot for dine in. They are always so busy at lunch.But that is always a good sign when a restaurant is jam packed!Parking: Sometimes the restaurant is so busy that the drive through line is literally to the street and can't even enter the parking lot for in-store ordering.

As a delivery driver, I have picked up from here more than once. After returning for customer drinks that I originally forgot, staff were super nice and friendly. They even met me at the closed dining room door with the drinks so I wouldn't have to wait in the drive-thru.
