“I have been a regular at this location for many years now. I live about 3 min away from here. Their food and service is always great here. They will toast the sub extra if you prefer it like myself. All the employees have been pleasant to deal with over the past six years I have lived here. I normally do not write reviews, but I saw this Subway had two negative & completely unfair reviews recently! The owners of another business in this shopping center (which I won't name because I am a customer of theirs as well) wrote this Subway two different 1-Star reviews. I have been to this Subway many times as soon as they open as it works best at that time for my schedule. The owner of their neighboring business will also wait outside this Subway, until the owner of this Subway opened the doors at 10am to fill up her cup of ice. I have seen this between 3-5 times myself, with my own two eyes!!! Never did she buy anything, just waits until 10am sharp to come and get her free ice for the day. I think that is unfair and taking advantage of someone. Per their reviews, the owner of this Subway finally said something. Once the owner decided to stand up for himself, the owners of the neighboring business decided to write two 1-Star reviews. I am not okay with this and this is not something that will be accepted in our Thornburg area!!! We will not allow others to move into our area and bully us!! I will speak to the two owners of the business that left their unnecessary reviews and let them know exactly how I feel about what they did.“

“Stopped by Hardee's for a sit down quick lunch. I ordered the Monster Burger Meal. My food was served hot and fresh. The employees (two of them) were doing their best to keep up with the drive through and restaurant. They were able to get the food out fast, but through no fault of theirs, unable to provide attention to cleaning the restaurant.This is management's fault, and I/we can see you hiding in your office. Perhaps you can at least leave out some cleaning supplies so we can clean our own table before sitting down (maybe this will reduce the drive through line also). Since the manager has the napkins locked up, I had to stand by the least nasty table, until my lunch was ready, take a napkin out of my bag, get some water out of the soda machine and moisten the dirty table. I mention all this as a young parent is scrubbing dirt off a high chair so the little one has a seat.. well the parents ran out of cleaning supplies and decided to eat in the car. Such a shame.“
“My fiance and I drive all the way from Culpeper just to have this fried chicken and each time we come, we never get let down. We always order the same mealthe fried chicken wings, baked mac and cheese and french fries. The chicken is crispy, flavorful and juicy! The baked mac and cheese is seasoned well and nice and cheesy and the fries are perfectly seasoned and crispy as well. It's worth the drive and I have to say the best chicken wings I've had in Virginia so far. ? I have to add that the service is great and the staff is kind!! Go get you some!!“
