Tried the bulgogi beef taco and cheese sausage K-St. Corndog. Both were excellent! The batter on the corndog was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside, bready and moist on the inside. The Taco was a different take. Tortilla in a box filled with contents, eaten with a utensil until thin enough to pick up. It was very fresh and tasty!Why I docked 1 star for the atmosphere... Well it's in a food court at a mall... And today is Christmas Eve.
This was an unexpected find at Springfield Mall. I stopped to charge my car and was looking for a quick bite at the mall food court. You never expect to find something tasty at the food court. I was surprised by the quality and flavor of the food at Kokee Kitchen. The flavors were incredible and surprisingly authentic. Even the side of kimchi was delicious. Corndog was great, right amount of breading and cheese.Fries was great, they were golden brown and crispy.Mango lemonade was sweet.Chicken wings were decently sized. However, I wished the seasoning stuck to them. The honey gathered at the bottom. I just dipped the wings in the honey but wings need stickier seasoning.Still definitely worth a try though.
