Decided to try the new candied bacon burger and get some coleslaw. Lady comes in from the drive thru because she waited a long time and all she wanted was mashed potatoes and gravy. After waiting 5 more minutes she finally got it. Then after waiting about 5 more minutes I went back to the counter and this kid who was just standing around yells back that there's someone at the counter. Ughhh....I ordered a biscuit in the drive through and ate it in my car. I was disappointed and the amount of grease was way over the top. My cheese wasn't even melted. I cannot believe I was charged around $8 for a bacon, fried egg, and cheese biscuit alone. I had to use the bathroom so I went inside after I finished eating....wow, just wow, it is filthy in there! I almost threw up thinking about having eaten something that came out of there! Never again!

The manager Steve was prompt and employee Tae was very polite and had wonderful customer service I will def come back again if I'm in the area.Kid-friendliness: Lids meal and other options yo switch meals
