Placed a pick up order for a chicken burrito on the app, and received a burrito with no chicken. Had I wanted a vegetarian burrito, I would’ve ordered such. Nothing worse than wasted time.

I just got in here and tried to put something together for my son. It was very little chicken to the point that it was ridiculous. I pointed it out to the person who was new. Probably in training because the person trining him was explaining to him in English at first, and when I made a comment about it, she switched to Spanish. Elita was so friendly and kept a smile on her face during the rush. She mentioned she has been with Chipotle many years, and Chipotle should be honored she's sticking with them! She is the reason for this 5 star review. I love Chipotle, but Elita took the experience above expectations.
