The food here is normally good, when we’re able to get it. We typically order on the website to use the coupons easier, and sometimes the wait time is accurate (generally 20-30 min). Most of the times, we will call after the pizza was supposed to be ready and are told it wasn’t even started and will be at least another 45 minutes but they recommend just canceling it. The Domino’s pizza in Vienna provided excellent customer service. I had asked for uncut pizza, upon arrival, the pizza had been sliced. Without any hesitation from the young man at the register, they were able to not only make new pizzas, but also did not charge for the order. Much appreciated. Definitely recommend this particular branch! Thank you!!!!
I don't share others' experience.Brian (app shows who made it) made my pizza last time, and it was very fast, delicious, and well made. He was polite and had it ready for me in no time.I'm a vegetarian, and generally eat healthy, so I rarely order pizza, but in the past, for years, ordered frequently from here for my son.
