I really like panera, but I'd like this location a lot more if they'd *put the rapid pickup orders on the pick up shelf*. Consistently, I'll order my lunch, go in, and there's multiple bags on the shelf and the counter, and I can't see the tickets for the ones on the counter, I don't know if they're mine, and if they are, is it ready, and then I have cold soup. Because *eventually* someone behind the counter will notice me standing there for ten minutes and ask if I'm waiting...read full review

This is my favorite Panera. I loved sitting here with a bit of food / something to drink and working on my Master's or work projects at the tail end of COVID. I love the big window along one side that looks out on Maple Avenue. Parking is a challenge, but there's plenty around back.

Ate dinner here at 5pm on a Friday night. They were very busy but service was fast and we didnt have to wait lomg for our food. We had the chicken noodle soup, mac and cheese, and steak sandwich. The food was delicious. The soup was hot and a generous portion. It was full of chicken and hit the spot on a chilly evening. The mac and cheese and steak sandwich are a great value and very filling.
