I got a take out ordered of two large pho noodle soups for about $15 each. Small is only about a dollar cheaper. We ordered take out and the ingredients were easy to reheat and re-plate.The meat was still a bit red but was able to be further cooked once we reheated the broth. They thankfully pull all the sauces and garnishes to the side rather than other places that put them directly in the noodles so customization was a bit easier. I ordered pho here and I was little disappointed in the quality of the meat. Either it wasn't the freshest (like leftovers reheated) or it wasn't a high quality of meat. Anyhow, it tasted a bit rubbery. I also didn't like the fact the helpings didn't come with the usual lime to use for the soup. They use lemon, which I think makes the broth kind of sour, rather than a bit sweeter. I was surprised they didn't have any lime at all when I asked for it. I got the Pho here, and it was a big portion. A lot of meat came with it. But the taste, it wasn't the best. I've definitely had better tasting broth at any other Pho place. And the noodles seemed old.
