What a wonderful restaurant! We had a friendly greeting at the door, the restaurant had pleasing decor, and Jasmine took great care of us!! I tried a dish that was new to me, and it was delicious. My dinner date enjoyed the fajitas ... which were served as they should be - sizzling. Kudos, Catina Laredo!!
The Casarita (house margarita) is DELICIOUS. The food is ok, it's more American fusion. I find the happy hour appetizers to be worth it but not the entrees. The service is pretty good. Great atmosphere, modern, slightly upscale and wonderful views of Town Center.We went for happy hour on Friday. When speaking with the hostess about seating and we were there for happy hour, they made it clear that HH was only at the bar and high tops. Good enough for us! Cute place. We were greeted quickly and chose to sit at the bar. They cleaned up a space for us fairly quickly. Took a while to get our order taken but the she was efficient on checking on us once we did.Not a fan of the salsa that came with the chips. Ordered the queso blanco which was pretty good.
