“Good place and very good atmosphere, delicious food, very good cooks, and very attentive all the staff, nice ways to treat the customer and excellent managers and the general manager is always aware of everything and very accommodating with excellent clients in everything.“
“I drive out of my way to come here and 90% of the time they are in stock and everything is perfect! So I’m happy. While the Kemps River location is near my house, I make the drive to this one as that location will hand you the online order and not say a word to you that they are out of literally half of what you ordered-only to discover it when you get home. On top of that, the workers there always have headphones in their ears and are rude enough to make you think you were on a prank tv show. At least they don’t hand out half empty meals here and the workers at this location have always been friendly. It makes the extra 20 mins round trip worth it.“
“My previous experience with Kemps River Chipotle was never been great. Recently I placed a mobile order and collected my food. They were confused for few moment and later delivered my food. They delivered all the items I have ordered and was a surprise to me. Good improvement in service. Kudos to the Chipotle management.“
“I went today & picked up an order here, this store is always clean & THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL & VERY POLITE, this young man had no idea I was watching him preparing orders, he had a smile on his face when I came through the door, but he was looking down preparing food, he was soo very clean, had gloves on which is VERY IMPORTANT when preparing food, ???? he had no idea I had taken his picture while he was working, but I did let him know I took his pictures & ask could I share them? “Update: So, I’ve visited this location a couple of times recently since my last post (it’s the closest location to me). I’ve gone inside and not placed online orders. Im happy to report that everything has been in stock, toppings/meat have been fresh, store is clean, and looks like there are some new employees in there who were pretty friendly.Probably the worst chipotle in Virginia.“
“This Chipotle location is near the Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach. It's on a corner, so it should be easier to see as well. Parking is pretty easy as there isn't much else in the shopping center where this Chipotle is located.I have been here several times over the past few months. The place looks and feels like the usual Chipotle location. As you come in the door, they do have hand sanitizer available as you enter the queue.It wasn't too busy on any of the times I have visited, but I tend to go to places like this during off peak hours. The process has been pretty easy to go through. I have noticed in general though that they tend to prioritize pick up orders over in visit orders. The usual item I go for here is a chicken burrito bowl, but with no rice. It has worked really well at keeping glucose under control too. The food is typical of all their locations I have been to, but the service here has been better than some of the other locations.Every time I have been to this location, I have had no issues with the order. I like coming in for ordering, even though I am taking it home, so that I know exactly what is in it, which you may not see if you order ahead. On one of my prior visits here, there was a free guacamole extra, as long as it was ordered in the app. In order to do this to my liking, I put the order in just before coming up to the counter, and I was able to direct what I wanted and such that way.Overall, the food and service have not been an issue for me here. When I have asked to have the fresh version of an ingredient included, they have been able to do that. I normally look at asking that when the current one is close to being empty. I want to note one observation. I have been to other locations in the area, but this location has a higher price point than the other locations I have been to. I'm not sure if it's because of the proximity to Lynnhaven Mall, but I wanted to share that. If you are in the area and looking for a Chipotle, this is definitely a solid location to choose from.“
