How are you going to be asked to remake a coffee, say its been made it wrong but its technically all the same anyways?????? Straight up admitted it was wrong but wont fix it then on top of that ask 7 times "No liquid cane sugar for the same drink?" Like maybe get off your phones cause there is still liquid cane. So a waste of 15 dollars seeing how both drinks are now screwed. No idea whats going on with Dunkin lately but everytime we got to one in this area something gets messed...read full review

What's the point of remodeling the place and make it beautiful if you are going to hire employees who seem to work there only for a paycheck and have no care for good customer service?. Good customer service is not limited to a greeting and a smile, but also keeping fresh food stocked. The very limited variety of donuts that they had seemed to have been made long hours ago. I was trying to say hi, was ignored. They gave me food in silence. Awkward and rude. Person getting my order wasn’t pleasant either. This supposed to be a happy place where you get your morning coffee. Bad start of the day.
