Dunkin' Donuts in Virginia Beach

I had to go in to specify order as they do not let you specify in drive thru. Definitely understandable as this is a busy location

I ordered assorted munchkins and I got 2 flavors. Not really assorted but ok. The store is nice and the workers were as well. I recommend this store to any Dunkin lovers...

Friendly staff and fast. I recommend a small coffee with cream and peppermint mocha swirl.

I stayed in town for a week and Kim was the sweetest person every morning I’d get my coffee and she always made sure my order was correct. Great way to start the day ☀️

Staff are kind and nice.They didn't seem to care the minimum wage for their hourly jobs. Was thankful for their friendly attitude toward the old Asian man like me. They were color blind at least.

This location looks brand new! All In all the quality of donut was good. Staff was friendly and attentive. And the ice coffees turned out pretty good. No complaints here!

Thanks for helping me figure out what my wife gets all the time. Very helpful to a non coffee drinker.

Probably the best DD service I've had out here. The order was spot on the 1st time and the gal who helped me w my order was super friendly.

Really friendly place sometimes have amazing coffee other times it kinda taste old but hey thats fast food sometimes you take the good with the bad

I only went through the drive thru but no complaints. Better for walk up service when covid won't be an issue.

They got my order wrong but when I called them they were very nice and helpful. They actually gave me extra donuts fir the inconvenience.

Dunkin is practically the blood in my veins. The drive through workers were super polite despite the tension there must be by working across from a Starbucks. dunkin' is clearly a superior coffee and experience. ?But actually, they were quick despite a backed up drive thru. ???

Awesome staff, always friendly and have never had any problems getting my order wrong. I have never had any reason to complain after any of my many visits.
