Every time I go to a Hardee's, I'm waiting a long time. When I went in, there was one guy handling drive thru AND the front counter. Another customer demanded money back due to a long wait. Only reason I got out in 10 minutes is the guy handling the front kicked everyone out of the kitchen and made my order himself.
Biscuit and Gravy was delicious as usual! Heart shaped biscuit for Valentine's Day was a cute surprise!! The man taking my order was friendly and the drive through was pretty quick! Would go back to this location!

Seems like the staff were confused with online orders. I placed an online order. Ordered Breakfast platter and a cinnamon roll. I received a pork chop and gravy biscuit with egg instead of a breakfast platter. My cinnamon roll was a cinnamon raisin biscuit. I paid for extra items I didn’t receive eggs and extra gravy. They tried to correct it, but gave me a basic platter. And the bag of food that was incorrect
