I visited first thing in the morning on a Sunday and the food tasted so fresh! I’ve have had mixed experiences with the friendliness of drive-thru employees, but, overall, the employees are pleasant and welcoming and I appreciate their service.

Drive thru at the one on kempsville and inside on Sunday mornings ?? aren't much busy at all Wich is kinda nice and the food of coarse , biscuits and gravy are always quite exceptional very fresh tasty and I wish they would come back with the maple waffle the chicken maple waffle all it was so delicious now all they have is the option of the spicy one which is some people can't have the hot honey so bring back the maple honey too LOL thank you Hardee's

Getting tired of seeing a piece of paper taped to the drive thru line stating “We close @ X time” randomly when I try to go here. It also seems that every time I go here, they ask me to pull out of the drive they line and park in the lot somewhere even when there are no other customers behind me. Food is normally “ok” but not good compared to other Hardee’s locations. If you are expecting a 3 star meal service, this is the place. If you expect fresh fries and a burger...read full review
