Jimmy John's in Virginia Beach

“I happen to live in the bldg. where this particular store location is. I had a terrible experience when they first opened, despite it happened like 10yrs. ago, was still somewhat apprehensive to return for a meal. Guess what I got, please let me tell you, one of the best sandwiches from anyplace (besides some items I make at my place)! Thanks so much to the folks at Jimmy John's for renewing not only my faith in this store, but in the entire franchise.“

“This location is in the Food Lion shopping center so plenty of parking and easy to find. It seemed cleaned inside with plenty of seating. I ordered earlier for a 12pm pickup. It was ready when I got there. They got the order 100% correct. I love their online ordering system....so easy. I also love the rewards program....it's free. This was only my 2nd order and the sandwich was free. Love that. I also got a pickle....I love their pickles. Customer service was great. I wish I got his name. I even saw him running an order out to someone's car.....it looked like a catering order. Sandwich was good....exactly how I ordered it. Was it the best sandwich ever? No but it was good. I would go back if needed.“

“It's been a few years and had a recent visit.Ordered a variety of five subs and had friendly service at the counter. All the sandwiches were correct. The total time in and out was less than 15 minutes. The place was tidy. 3.5 rounding up.I will not deduct, but the adjacent business to the side is a total eyesore. Some type of boat company and it's a mess! It used to be behind a wooden fence, now it's exposed.“

And I must mention the cleanliness of the entire store was impeccable!!Food was delicious!Jake really stood out. “I occasionally order delivery or pickup from this Jimmy John's location, and the food is always great and as expected. Today I decided to order and eat in as I had some other errands to run nearby. I hadn't even filled my drink and my order was already finished! Top notch, keep it up!“

“Staff were so friendly and helpful. The food as always was delicious and fast. The store was very clean and inviting. We always enjoy getting subs from here and drive out of the way to do so . I will say the App isn't the fastest but that may just be the area I was in. The staff placed everything nicely in a box and explained each item.“

“"Freaky Fast, Freaky Fresh" describes Jimmy John's to a T!!! I work upstairs in the same building Jimmy John's is located so it is super convenient! Besides convenience the manager and staff is always super friendly. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. I will definitely be back!!!“
