Terrible service. Went there today at 6 PM. Waited at the drive thru for 20 minutes. Nobody took the order. The lady who finally came on the speaker did not even have the courtesy to say sorry but instead was rude. I just drove off. will never go back. Service has gone down drastically. What a

They take over 15 minutes even with no one in line at the drive through. This has happened several times. I don’t know what is going on in there but they should just shut down if they don’t have enough staff or management.
