We visit Williamsburg from DC 4 to 5 times a year and always make this a stop. Fantastic beer, great atmosphere, lovely staff, games for kids. Food wise they have a great rotation of food trucks otherwise it's just snacks. It's a must go.

The beer at Alewerks is always really solid, and the pretzels with beer cheese!! They do an especially good job with their bourbon barrel beers. Since Alewerks expanded their outdoor seating with a large tent, there’s also plenty of room all year long. The inside is cozy, and both inside and outside are dog friendly. I really enjoyed the pre-COVID drag shows and karaoke nights, but haven’t gone to their events recently (no fault of theirs!).

Plenty of parking. We were visiting from out of town and had dropped into the L.A.B. location the day before and were excited to come here. There was a good amount of overlap in the beers but it was a cozy brewery that seemed poplar for the locals. Plenty of seating outside and a good amount inside.I opted for the Pumpkin Ale which has a good pumpkin flavor and a good amount of spice but not overly Pumpkin for those who may enjoy strong Pumpkin Ales.They have a variety of merchandise...read full review
