Andre was a wonderful server during our three nights’ stay at Williamsburg. So far we have had breakfast here two times. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure to maintain a clean environment. Andre also made small talks with us to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you for your service, Andre!
Andre provided top notch customer service and hospitality. He went above and beyond to address our children’s food allergies, obtain our missing breakfast tickets, find specific fruit for our kiddos, and checked in on us to ensure we had what we needed. I travel for business a lot and made reservation here. I just got off the road from a 4 hour drive and Iwas very impressed with the look and feel of the whole place. It appeared upscale and very clean. I was happily greeted by Jan at the front desk, who smiled and asked if I ever stayed with at this hotel before.
