Worst service ever tonight and very clueless unattentive waitress who was absentee for a while and one member of the group did NOT receive food at all but still charged. Even worse than the time an employee said "eff you", after we held the door for him and told him "you're welcome" when he didn't say thank you. Meal was not comped either time. Service/waiter was good, but food was not. Food took forever to come out, and when it finally came out it was lukewarm. Given length of time it took to get order (wings) didn’t even bother attempting to send them back to be reheated/remade. One dish was completely forgotten by food runners and never came, but server proactively removed it from check.Likely won’t return. Better wing options in town.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but if you value your time and appreciate honesty then avoid this Buffalo Wild Wings location. We ordered online at 9AM for a 1:30 PM pickup and they told us when we walked in that “they were waiting on one more thing” and “we are the next order to come out”. I didn’t mind that.
