I've been to this location before, but years back and drive thru. It's in a busy shopping center named Marketplace.Parking was plentiful and lot clean. The exterior looked newer, maybe a renovation. The only reason Chick fil A gets 2 stars is by adding the 1 for service to the 1 for atmosphere. I don't know when it happened, but suddenly their banner for being known for fantastic customer service ended up flushed in someone's toilet. This is the second time in a week I've gone both as a customer and twice as a Dasher to be basically dismissed and treated like garbage. There is no walk in greeting, not one "How may I help you?"
