I come to this store every few months, but everytime I come for breakfast. It is ALWAYS a pleasant experience. Miss Wanda greeted me and made me feel like home. Everything came out fresh and she even brought "Ranch" to our table. It's clean and the food is okay (but down in quality a lot from the standard I associate with Hardee's), which is how it earns the second star. But tonight, we attempted to dine in. 10 minutes after we ordered, we were offered someone else's food. 10 minutes later, I had to convince the cashier we hadn't been served yet. The girl who took my order could have been friendlier. She didnt even ask if i wanted keychup with my fries. More importantly though, I ordered a Super Star Combo and the beef patties were bland and did not taste charbroiled at all. Very disappointing because I'm here from out of town and don't have a Hardees or Carl's Junior near me.
