I finally found a local hot dog spot! I ordered through Grub Hub and I was not disappointed. My order was correct and delivered as promised. Loved the variety of sides. We ordered 3 hotdog combos and a Pulled pork bbq sandwich. The beans were flavorful, as was the coleslaw. The Barbecue sandwich was great! Perfect amount of heat, chunks of meat mixed in. The food was ok, ice cream selection and quality is phenomenal, and the shop has so many, many excellent, interesting, neat, and beautiful things to choose from(it is so very hard to choose only a few)! The friendly staff also make it an easy decision to come back again on Thursday to check out their kids' time that they have scheduled.
Absolutely family friendly place to go. I had the steak and cheese sub and it was good but it seemed to be served on a hot dog bun. I usually like a little crunch on the outside of my bread with a nice soft center. The flavor was great and the mix of steak and cheese with the onions and peppers was good too.
