“The food is delicious, hands down. But there's always a wait, so go early. Love the atmosphere, and the staff are really friendly. Only 4 stars bc I've gone for the $1 oysters several times, and the wait is always so long that I miss the window of opportunity.Update: something must have changed because I have gotten several times this year and have had no waiting. Worth noting, reservations are required to sit inside. However, the manager, Tyler, is outstanding! And the service and food continue to impress.“
“The ambience and decor was lovely and comfortable. Our waiter Carlos was very genial and helpful. The food came very quickly. I had scallops, corn, grits, and green beans. That were the best scallops I have ever had an addition scallops or plentiful amazingly. It was all delicious with green beans and vegetables all cooked perfectly and tasty Had fried green tomatoes. I asked to speak to the chef who is Ken Brown. He was very generous with his time to spend a few minutes with us. My husband had tuna with Matt and cheese, which was delicious. We had complementary cornbread and hush puppies to begin with we have been in many five star restaurants , and this was the best food we’ve ever had“
“Came here after an unpleasant experience next door at Olive Garden. Restaurant closes at 10pm. We had a party of 8 and walked in around 8:25pm. We had left Olive Garden due to them making us feel unwelcome for coming in so late with a large party. Our server Juliette at Carrabbas was amazing. She was very sweet and attentive to us, even being close to closing time. The manager Rachel was awesome as well! We thanked her and her staff for a great dining experience. Thank you Carrabba's! Eat here instead of the Olive Garden better staff, better atmosphere.“
“Being from the Philadelphia area we know good Italian food. Well Maurizio’s in Williamsburg, VA of all places has some of the best Italian food. This has been a family owned and run business for 2 generations now. There is legit nothing on their menu that will disappoint. Prices are great for the high quality and amount of food you get. Do yourself a favor and make this a must stop location if ur in that neck of the woods.“

“Coming from North Carolina, this hole-in-the-wall restaurant exceeded our expectations. Not only was the service phenomenal, but the quality of the food was as authentic to Mexico as one could imagine. From the first bite, I was encapsulated by the flavor and aroma of the food. If you are ever in the Williamsburg area, this is a must-go place. I will definitely be returning whenever I'm in the area.“
“Absolutely a must do if you are in Colonial Williamsburg. Authentic experience complete with music, colonial dress and even a few other suprises that only enhance the overall vibe. I wasn't sure what to expect from the menu as the offerings weren't as numerous as one might expect. We had the Chicken, and To Fry Fish and both were 6 Stars on a 5 Star scale. Cannot wait to go back!!“

“I'm from Maryland and been wanting crabs for about 5 years now...been looking all week while on vacation with my family. Finally found them here and ordered 2 dozen with 2lb of steamed shrimp. The crabs were awesome! Seasoned well with old bay and meaty considering it is early in the season. If you want crabs in williamsburg this is for sure the place to go! My hidden gem. Thank you!!! “Really nice interior. Service was good.Food was okay. The flavors here were nothing to call home about. Pad See Ew Beef and Pad Kapow Chicken have become my go-to dishes for comparing Thai restaurants and I have certainly had better of both dishes. I like that they used medium-width noodles here. Not a fan of the wide noodle. The flavors, however, simply were not that remarkable or complex. Pretty standard Thai fare. A high level of heat is also something I really look for in Thai food. The heat levels here seem foreboding since they max out at Thai Hot and then Crazy Hot. I ordered my Pad See Ew - Crazy Hot. It was far from Crazy Hot. More like a medium hot at best.“
“I came to Way Point for Easter Brunch by myself since I am away from home for the military. The staff were very courteous and welcoming. I decided to sit at the bar since I was solo. Brandon was the bartender and he is AMAZING! Only later did I find out he was also a manager. He was very kind with great recommendations and allowed me to vent about being away from my family on Easter. Met the owner along with managers and other staff. It was a great time. It did get a bit warm inside but the second I mentioned being warm, one of the managers rushed to get the air on. This was apparently to the staffs delight as they were all grateful for some AC! Had a wonderful experience and many thanks to Brandon, Tina, and Chris for a phenomenal time! The buffet staff clearly put in a lot of work for todays event and I appreciate the amazing food they prepared! I will make it a point to stop by here whenever my travels bring me back to this area which I hope will be sooner than later!“
