Excellent food & service last night at The Jefferson Restaurant. Many choices on the menu. Had the blackened catfish & loaded baked potato with green beans, my husband had the southern combination of ham and fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy & greens beans too. Both were equally delicious! We were ready to get our ticket, when the waitress brought a selection tray of yummy looking desserts. Food was amazing and fresh, we were the only 3 in the place and the owner came out and spoke with us. It's amazing how this restaurant has been in the family for over 40 years down and continuing to use the grandparents recipes. I would highly recommend this restaurant for fresh seafood and down home southern food. Our waiter was phenomenal and so kind.
