I have been getting a burger here atleast once a month for 3 years now. They have never messed up my order. Its been perfect. I marked service down 1 star because i always order online ahead to pick up at drive thru. Most times, the only thing ever said to me is. Hi, can I take your order", followed by "You can pull forward". The second window rarely ever says anything. They just hand me the food and shut the window. I usually come to this Wendy's on the drive thru and service is great. This time the service was not as great. They forgot to give me one burger. When I got to my house I noticed and had to drive back to let them know. They did give me the burger that I was missing plus a free medium fries.I usually give a 5 star. Let's get back to the great service y'all have done in the past.

This Wendys is much better run than others I have been to. I usually get my order at the drive thru around lunch time. Despite being quite busy, the service there is quick and courteous, and the food is consistently very good. They have a very good system at the drive up.
