CTE is one of Winchester's hidden gems and it might be the only place here with bubble tea! This family owned restaurant serves delicious food, has a charming atmosphere, and is very vegetarian-friendly, with the staff making accommodations to dishes for us. So glad they have been able to stay open during the pandemic!
A wonderful family owned (and run!) business with an incredible menu! Everything we’ve tried is incredible. Some favorites are the sushi, fried rice, pad Thai, rice noodle salad, and ramen. You can’t go wrong!

We loved our first CTE experience. The appetizers were perfectly fried, not greasy. The free spring rolls with our order were much appreciated. The drunken noodles were spicy as requested, not too oily, with firm veggies. The portions and price were perfect, maybe $5 less than what we are used to spending at restaurants.
