Girl that took my order was EXTREMELY RUDE. Did not acknowledge me for a good 10 minutes and then when she finally came to take my order she clearly had an attitude as if I was bothering her. I understand that they are busy and understaffed but the rudeness towards a customer because of that is completely unnecessary. Every time I order from this specific location, I vow never to do it again. Circumstances led me to place an online order w in store pickup on a Sunday approximately 3:30 PM not exactly their busiest time. It was two smoothies and one wrap. The online order said it would be ready in 11 minutes for pick up. We walked into the store 20 minutes after placing the order so it should have been in the cubby for pick up.
