The good news is the staff are very friendly, and keep the main restaurant and bathroom spotless! They're obviously doing all they can to keep the place running.The bad news is the location has completely been neglected by corporate. There's water damage in the ceiling, all of the sodas are out of stock besides bottled drinks, the mac and cheese tasted cheeseless, and the sweet potatoes were thin, probably thinned out to stretch what reserves they have, and the chicken is old...read full review
I was shocked that Boston market was still open. But it was great. I love the food. The manager made the food for me when it first opened. The customer service was great. They provided sides and condiments with superb efficiency. I will definitely go back.

Do not get the country fried Chicken with white gravy. At this boston market, the quality of food has gone way down. The people are amazing, but the food Mediocre. Boston market, please stop using Styrofoam.
