Went and ordered an 8 piece cheesy tots through the drive thru. They had me wait at the window for about 7 minutes. When I got home I noticed that I ended up a 4pc nugget. Called and spoke to the manager who wasn’t helpful and said if I come back right now she can help me otherwise she can’t the next day. Horrible service.
The only thing that deserves stars is the nice drive thru lady, I've lived so close to this burger King for 3 years now and I keep giving them a chance but never again unless i hear theyve changed, everytime i get food here it taste like it's been sitting out all day, never fresh, never hot, the whopper is always cold cheese not melted bread not fresh, The only thing I would recommend is the ice and even that cost me almost $3 for just a cup of ice, trust the reviews and go else...read full review
