Food is ok, but service could be better. Gave me a tiny bit of chicken on my burrito. Sold me tortilla chips, but didn't give me salsa. Had to go back to ask for it. Then gave me only half a small container of salsa, which obviously wasn't enough for the amount of chips. Generally a don't care attitude.
I placed an online order, correct address, correct name, everything. Order wasn’t on shelf so I asked associate if my order was actually ready, but she said it wasn’t ready and wasn’t in the system. I asked her maybe if someone took it off the shelf on accident? But she said they could not do anything. I had to get in line to order in person then, and the customer service was horrible overall. I had a mobile and ordered a burrito, they made a bowl. Which is no big deal but when I went back in to get a burrito, they just dumped the bowl in the tortilla. which would be ok but my burrito was literally falling apart. it wasn’t closing properly, and it made it impossible to eat as a burrito. the employees were overall just not friendly either.
