However, on my recent visit, despite specifying "no tomatoes and light onions" for my pollo saltado, the dish arrived with tomatoes and an abundance of onions. This deviation from my order was disappointing, considering they usually get it right. Nevertheless, the flavors were still on point, showcasing the authentic taste of Peruvian cuisine. Hopefully, they can improve their attention to custom orders for a more consistent dining experience.“

“Our server Almy was incredible. I asked for a spicy salsa and she went in the back and got ingredients and made me a fresh jalapeño salsa. I thought that was an amazing touch. She took really good care of us. I got the three enchiladas meal and it was so good. The food has a taste that’s different from your run of the mill Mexican place. It tastes authentic and made with care. I will definitely go back!“

“I was driving on the 234 road Sunday morning when my daughter saw the truck and she asked me to stop. I'm very hesitating to stop and eat on those food trucks due bad experiences on wineries and breweries . The truck was in the Shell's parking lot, the lady was very friendly and she took pur order promptly. Food was absolutely amazing we ordered pupusas and tacos . “So as a local foodie & Pupusa enthusiast i can confidently say that their Pupusas are the most consistent out of 90% of the places in the area. They definitely have a good cheese, size, filling & wait time. So Pupusas are a solid 9/10 The only way they would be a 10 is if they were just a bit greasy & that's just me being a harsh critic. The taste & consistency every time I order are on point! Props to the ladies in the back!“

“Generally speaking, this is a good restaurant with good service but, recently I ordered a Jambalaya burrito.It is supposed to have shrimp but I barely had.it was disappointing because it seemed they cut a single jumbo shrimp, cut it in 4-5 pieces and put them at both ends.Also, while the meal tasted good with the sauces they put on, the meat itself tasted unseasoned when you it eat separately.Parking: They have plenty parking space.“
