I have ordered online for this location three times this week and every single time they failed to toast my sub. The order is always otherwise accurate and I really like the new sliced deli meat but they simply refuse to toast the sub for some reason.

The man making my sandwich took great care to make sure it looked great. It was a bit strange, though, after he cut my sandwich he wiped the mayonnaise covered knife off on the outside of my bread. A bit
