We had dinner for the first time at Viet Chopsticks Woodbridge two nights ago, on a Wednesday night at about 5:30 pm. It wasn't crowded when we arrived but the restaurant filled up within two hours. My husband had the pan fried noodles with chicken, and I had the pan fried noodles with shrimp. The presentation was beautiful, the vegetables were so fresh, and the sauce was delicious. Honestly, everything was on point. The ambiance, service, and food. We are from out of town and really wanted some pho. Don’t skip this place. Huge menu with way more than just pho. Shaky beef was a favorite. If we are ever back in the area we will be coming back.

The food here has changed, it's not as good as before but it's not bad. In return, the staff are very friendly. Even though they are busy, they still try to take care of us.
