Be aware. I ordered takeout and I purchased two pho ba (beef soup) for my husband and son and pho ga (chicken soup). I am on a restricted diet and can’t eat beef more than once a month. When my husband made my dinner, he asked which broth was mine. I told him that it’s chicken, lighter than beef. He said the all looked the same.
