Not only did they work with me while I was trying to figure what on earth happened, but they offered to deliver the remade order to me! I was blown away. I didn't take the delivery offer but I sure did appreciate it. I can't recommend this location enough!“
“We went through drive thru, the staff noticed I had my dogs with me and asked if they could have a dig biscuit. Just so genuine and friendly. I ordered a large vanilla cone, and 3 burgers (1 for me, andv1 for each of my dogs). They were hot and fresh, and the cone was cold and fresh! Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Fredericksburg!“
“Our first time in Chic-fil-a in ten years. We stopped eating at this chain because of the loads of salt in everything, even in grilled chicken, but in a rush to an appointment, it was the best around. The food is still saturated in salt, but the decor and service have been upgraded. The carrot salad never made a comeback. Combos are now $12 or more. About $3 more buys a sirloin steak at Texas Roadhouse.“
“Bojangles has uniquely become one of our new fast food options. The chicken and biscuit options are a good break from burgers ? and fries ?. Prices are reasonable enough, and sometimes, they even have a senior/military discount. Staff members have been courteous at several different locations.“

“I have been a regular at this location for many years now. I live about 3 min away from here. Their food and service is always great here. They will toast the sub extra if you prefer it like myself. All the employees have been pleasant to deal with over the past six years I have lived here. I normally do not write reviews, but I saw this Subway had two negative & completely unfair reviews recently! The owners of another business in this shopping center (which I won't name because I am a customer of theirs as well) wrote this Subway two different 1-Star reviews. I have been to this Subway many times as soon as they open as it works best at that time for my schedule. The owner of their neighboring business will also wait outside this Subway, until the owner of this Subway opened the doors at 10am to fill up her cup of ice. I have seen this between 3-5 times myself, with my own two eyes!!! Never did she buy anything, just waits until 10am sharp to come and get her free ice for the day. I think that is unfair and taking advantage of someone. Per their reviews, the owner of this Subway finally said something. Once the owner decided to stand up for himself, the owners of the neighboring business decided to write two 1-Star reviews. I am not okay with this and this is not something that will be accepted in our Thornburg area!!! We will not allow others to move into our area and bully us!! I will speak to the two owners of the business that left their unnecessary reviews and let them know exactly how I feel about what they did.“

“Quality and service all around this Five Guy's location. The manager was more than accommodating and so polite in assisting me here during my visit. The gentleman named Q was a helpful hand who accurately took my order and ensured every topping and item was mannered properly. As I awaited for my delicious grilled cheese with two patties, I saw how the kitchen took their delicate time to make and perfect my sandwich. The Cajun fries were absolutely delicious, I will be back! Thank you Five Guys!Dietary restrictions: Order lettuce wrapped if you want to cut out carbs.“
“EDIT: The store manager of this establishment changed my original review. Food has increased in stars - the Gyro was AMAZING and I was throughly surprised by the Peach Tea. He went out of his way to make up for the poor experience and I'm happy to say we will be back.My husband was craving a beef and cheddar so I pulled into Arby's to get one for him. I personally do not like Arby's but it's his favorite so here we go. Ordered, waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes with two cars in front of me. When I got home, the sandwich was WRONG. I live 25 minutes from Arby's. I verified on the receipt that I didn't order the wrong item and I didn't. So disappointing for spending almost $15 on a meal for it to be the wrong sandwich.“
“The place was sparking when I walked in it looked so clean! The deaf girl at the counter was very polite with a smile on her face, really knows what she’s doing. I told her I had a peanut allergy and she instantly started recommending me ice cream I could get that would be safe for me to eat. Very impressive! Though I was a little disappointed I couldn’t get the blizzard I wanted she made a great recommendation! Thank you for keeping employees knowledgeable about allergies! And thank you Alyson my brownie oreo cupfection was delicious! Nicest and Cleanest DQ ever!“
