Delicious food and more than we could eat in one sitting.. My elderly father said he wanted ribs and we had never been to Bluebird. He was overjoyed at all the flavors of the seasoned mashed potatoes and the ribs-both with and without the extra barbecue sauce. My brisket was so tender, I didn’t need my knife to cut it. The food was amazing, we are here on vacation and don't get smoked meats like this around home so whenever we find a place that does it we try it. And it was delicious! Where we were sat was a bit loud but it didn't deter much from the time. Highly recommend!!Dietary restrictions: I let the waitress now of my dietary restrictions and she was able to point out clearly on the menu what was on for me and what was not, it helped a bunch!
