“Probably the best place for Indian/Nepali cuisine in vermont. I've tried a lot of Indian restaurants in many cities and this is really your safe bet in Burlington. The food is good (tried the lamb korma, butter chicken, chicken momo dumplings and the Naan bread) all of it was generous, served with basmati rice and made my stomach full. All of my friends had a great time and were satisfied. In fact, I converted a friend who never liked Indian food before and yet rated this a 9/10 and the best Indian food he ever had.Service is excellent, the owner called me "boss" many times which I like and find respectful.I'll go back to that very convenient spot on church street when I want Indian food.Btw don't be afraid of the spices, it's very mild even at "medium".“

“Delicious food for a reasonable price. Friendly proprietor. Nice and quiet. Easy parking.Don’t miss Chicken 65. It is sinsational!!!Vegetarian options: Aloo GobiSaag paneerChana MassalaLentilsParking: Parking right next to the restaurant for free.“
“I ordered take out--chicken masala, butter paneer masala, chicken madras & veg pakora. Maybe it was just a bad night for me, but I ordered medium on the entrees and it was very spicy--so much I couldn't really taste the food. Veg pakora was a very generous portion--but was heavily breaded-so much so it was kinda gross. I've been going here for years--seems like new owners and I understand that they have their style of dishes--but I can't say I would want to order again. I remember a light and delicious chicken masala--creamy--not something like out of a bottle (Pataks). But if this style of dish is your jam--enjoy.“
“A Very delicious food & Excellent customer service, one of the best Restaurants in Burlington VT , Highly recommendedParking: The parking next to the restaurant related to the cityKid-friendliness: Very patient with kids plenty of room SpaceWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair by the sidewalk off the street & Enough Excess to the Restaurant“
“People that don’t like this place are the type of people to pay $45 for Japanese imported KitKats at the place at church street when you can get those same KitKats online for $10. Indian bizarre vibe, cheap imported foods. I see nothing wrong with it.“
“03.2024Tried different things in last 2 days through Uber Eats. Don’t know much about ambiance, parking, service etc but food is overall good as compared to other restaurants.I tried Malai Kofta. It was in white gravy but they made it spicy as per request.Khasta Kachori was very good and must try. Vada Pav is avoidable as it lakes strong garlicky flavour in Vada. It was not spicy even after asking.Kaju Khoya and Kheer are must try. Very flavorful.Lachha Paratha and Plain Paratha were both very well cooked.“
“This is the best Indian food I've ever had and was a great introduction for my friend who's never tried it. We couldn't believe the flavors. Everything is delicious. We especially enjoyed the samosas and matar paneer. The paneer cheese is very creamy and flavorful. Will definitely be returning!“
“I moved to Vermont from Los Angeles which had at the time had the best indian food i had ever had and I am constantly amazed by how the food here is even better. Everything is amazing, top notch, super fresh ingredients and absolutely perfect execution. We are so lucky to have this restaurant in our neighborhood and I can't wait to order from them again. Thank you thank you!“
“Everything I have tried here is amazing, But the momos are what I dream of. I live more than 2 hours away so wanted to take some uncooked momos home, and the staff bent over backward to make sure that I got the treats home in good shape. If you like Indian food, you should not miss an opportunity to try the food here. Delectable and reasonably priced.Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose from!“
“Everything I have ever gotten from here has been ? Great portions and vegetarian options and easily one of the best delivery options around south Burlington/shelburne too. I usually go for the curry dishes because they have such good flavor here, but they have plenty of other options too. I like the Aloo Gobi Matar a lot, as well as the Samosa Chat, and the Dal Tadka soup slaps as well. Just got the tofu chili in my most recent order and it did not disappoint. If you are unfamiliar with ordering from places that do spicy foods, I recommend starting with mild because medium can be very spicy for some people. If you do like a little spice ask for in between mild and medium.“
“I love this place. They are fast, their food is delicious, and they are reliable. I am a vegetarian and love their Samosa Chaat with the garlic naan. We always dp takeout from here whenever we don't want to cook, and are always so happy we did!“
“Excellent service. The chef/crew working this restaurant really put in the authentic touch to the food and the service.Great selections on the menu. The dessert is delightful (Kheer). Highly recommend. The goat selection is delightfully delish ?Vermonts only Nepali/Indian restaurant that we recommend 100%.“
“Wow, I don't know when this place appeared but it's fantastic. A lot of Indian places have come and gone around Burlington, but I really hope this place sticks around. I feel comfortable saying it's the best Indian takeout I've had in VT.The saag paneer, chicken tikka, and cauliflower 65 are some of my favorites.“
“Food is great. The chicken Tikka Masala is really flavourful. The mixed dumplings are really yummy. I was not the biggest fan of the lamb briyani because there was not much meat. It was mostly rice. Serving sizes are on the smaller side, it worked ok for me given that I don't eat much.“
“Fantastic new restaurant, we're so excited to have them just down the street! The food is delicious and authentic, the servings are generous, and the staff are very kind. In particular the goat vindaloo and the chili momos are something special. We will definitely be eating here regularly!“
