Love the new place. It feels warmer, great ambiance, and fresh business. I’ve been eating myers bagels for 20 years. Walk in, and while the front counter staff wasn’t engaging, I wasn’t there for them, I was there for the bagels. Grabbed some bagels and a toasted “everything but the kitchen sink” with maple cream cheese. Delicious! Love the large cream cheese selection.
Good, Montreal style bagels! Lots of variety. Self serve coffee. Service was slow, they have a different system than your usual interaction to order. The person who takes your order, also goes to the kitchen and prepares it. (Which they forgot my request for extra onions) This looked to be pretty inefficient, compared to traditional system of cashier, cooks/chefs, and wait staff. Guess its best to order online ahead of time during peak hours!

Coming from NY and trying gf bagels where ever I can get it, I have to say this place hands down has the best gluten free bagels I ever had. Nice chewy crust, soft interior, flavorful.. most importantly they don't crumble and fall apart like other gf bagels.10/10!
