Last time I was here a Chef got upset because we pointed out the grill wasn't cleaned that well from the previous use. He just walked out and came back a few minutes later and then fixed it. Food quality has been really hit or miss.My family and I used to love it here but it seems morale has dipped ever since covid. I don't want this place to close down like the many other businesses we've lost in recent months. I'm hoping this business can turn it around.
For the price I expected more quality wise. Service was good. Friendly and prompt. Atmosphere was a bit run down. Noticing broken scenery, décore coated in dust. Felt sad like management just doesn’t care. I recognize it’s probably not authentic Japanese but it would be nice if they served green tea in a Japanese style teapot and more traditional tea cups. Just got a coffee mug. Kinda disappointing.

I have frequented this restaurant for many years and I have never had a bad meal. We have always received excellent service whether it’s the dining room or the hibachi bar. The food is always excellent. And their sushi is by far some of the best in the area.Parking: If there’s not enough room in the front yard, there is a larger parking area further back behind the restaurant. We have never had any issues with parking or finding a spot.
