Food was good except my child's Mac and cheese was horrible and the bathroom where very dirty so was the floor in the dining room and you have to go up and get your food and there is a person standing there taking the online orders to the pickup station on there phone walking around doing
I have frequented Panera for years in 4 different states. This Panera has the typical inexperienced people at the register. I clearly said "this is a separate order", but the fellow lumped all items into one bill and then laughed at my mild dissatisfaction when my companion was forced to pay for everything. stopped by this location on a busy day and the service and food was great. Ended up dropping my credit card on the floor and couldn’t get back to the restaurant. The managers and the GM were very kind and helpful, they ended up mailing it back to me. Thanks for doing what you do!
