“Anyone who avoided the New years bash because they didn't know the band missed a fantastic show. Ian & the Soul Purpose are truly a special gift to our little island. Don't skip their next show, they deserve better. Added bonus...Thomas was an extraordinary host.”
“They have the best ice cream I have ever eaten. The gentleman working was so sweet and offered samples to try. There is a great play area for Littles and board games for all ages. This would be a great place to have a small party. It is hidden in a small shopping area so keep your eyes open for their sign.Dietary restrictions: Every ice cream is marked so it is easy to figure what is vegan, gluten-free, dairy free, keto friendly, or has nuts.”
“My wife is vegan and cannot always find a good choices on the menu at many restaurants. Here she found a mushroom burger which she thought was fantastic. I had duck breast which was delicious. Our server was excellent, very attentive and friendly. We hadn’t been here before but we will be ”
“Nothing like some delicious Ramen paired with a little sake. From the tempura plate to the black garlic tonkatsu, a bit of Sake finished off with a Japanese beer, Cube Ramen is a great go to. The ambiance is nice, and you get the friendly service of non chain restaurant. BTW, They have a hot chili sauce that is to die for. It will not disappoint.”
“Always my go-to every time I go up to JBLM. The gentleman running this truck is extremely friendly and his service is impeccable. Come check this place out if you're missing some southern cooking or looking to try out something new!”
“Great beer and friendly service! We thought there was BBQ there based on other reviews, but that's no longer an option. However, they do have food trucks on certain nights. Despite no food, you can bring in your own and it's an awesome spot inside with lots of room and some games to play. Again, the beer is delicious which is why you're there - for great beer!”
“What a charming small Italian restaurant!! The food is made fresh here, the portions are large and I really liked the hosts we had! My husband and I had a chuckle that the Christmas decorations are still up but it brings a smile to the experience! I will be back!”
“This is our local taphouse. We always have a great time there. We have a drink meet amazing people and have a great experience interacting with the people without the interruptions of social media.”
“We had the Italian shrimp and the chicken parm plus the Chasing Lions Pinot Noir. Excellent! We need to get the recipe for the chicken and rice soup recipe. We have been to this restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Delicious food and excellent service!”
“I always get a Redbull or Lotus spritzer and have them surprise me with the flavors. Their breakfast sandwiches are to die for. If you are a coffee drinker, they've got rotating weekly drinks and all the alternative milks you oat drinkers want. They have a rewards program for occasional discounts. My only small complaint is that sometimes I get sausage on my breakfast sandwich that I can't stand, so just make sure to confirm!Dietary restrictions: Alternative milks. Lotus and Redbull.”
“The food is authentic, plentiful and delicious. We arrived about 12:45 and it was busy so the service was slow but it was worth the wait. BTW, the sauerkraut is out of this world! We all ordered an extra side to take home with our leftovers. The decor is older and nothing special but appeared very clean. Will be returning.”
“It's a great cafe. The burgers are delicious, the fries, onion rings, and tots are crisp and fried to perfection, and the breakfast choices are fantastic. The waitstaff members are all friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They have a terrific frequent visit program. After 7 visits, you get a free entree for each entree you order. And they offer Senior and Military Discounts! The only downside is that they are not open after 2:00 PM.”
“This was a great place to go and our Lamb and Beef Gyros were huge and tasty! The meat was moist and tender with perfectly seasoned flavors, and the pita bread was an amazing compliment. This restaurant smells amazing when walking in! I can't wait to return to try even more!”
“First time here and I’m in heaven. Sooo delicious and without a doubt one of the best tofu seafood soups I have ever had. Side dishes are a colorful variety. Soup is just right. Will definitely be back.”
“My wife and I have been here twice, and both times it’s been a pleasant experience for sure! The tea was great, and the woman behind the counter was great with answering my wife’s questions.”
“Best sushi in Thurston County. My partner and I ate a lot of different nagiri. The scallops, tuna, eel were all amazing. Tried one of the vegan rolls and the caterpillar roll as well (we can eat a lot of sushi). Service was quick and friendly. We're out in West Olympia, worth the drive. Will be back.”
“Great meal for a decent price. The smoked turkey is great to add to your favorite greens n veggies. Clean low key rustic atmosphere with friendly, speedy customer service.”
“Love the portion sizes! Wings and waddles are so fresh. Customer service is A+ my only thing about the food is the seasonings. I got the dry rub salt and vinegar wings, but for some reason could t really taste the seasoning :( I don’t know. Other than that, everything else was great!”
“Good lunch spot. The tofu bowl was really good. I got spice level 3 out of 5 and the spice was barely noticeable. Will get a higher level next time. The drink selection is good, I haven't seen many of the drinks since I lived in Japan so it was nice.”
“Overall I enjoy Cutters Point, they have good food and decent coffee, and their staff is always nice. The only issue I consistently have is that one of my items is always missed when being rung up, so I end up making two payments to get my full order. It seems like there is either an issue with communication or in their ordering system, but either way it's frustrating that it happens pretty much every time.”
“Very nice establishment. Our server was also the bartender, therefore, busy. The food was really good, the view was nice, and the service was good. Just has to get the check ourselves so we could get to the airport, but I prefer that over getting rushed out. ”
“Great steaks!! Just perfectly cooked. Served hot which is rare. But…. Everything else is slightly above mediocre. Lobster bisque could be called anything cause it doesn’t taste like anything. Good wine list at decent prices.Parking: Awful parking.”
“We love driving through Steilacoom to enjoy a cup of coffee from this location. The employees are very nice and the pastries are delicious. The aroma of fresh coffee and pastries is inviting. I love the outdoor seating and always look forward to coming here.”
“Unbelievably good. We come to Olympia once a week from Raymond to grocery shop at the CoOp. This little taco shop is now on our weekly rotation. The quesobirria and the lengua tacos are choice”
“Baristas are nice. The owner stops by to help put away things, and it seems like he has a good rapport with his workers alway good to see. coffee is good, and they will give it to you to try it and fix it for ya if it's not to your taste.”
“My first coffee in Olympia on a rainy January day. Perfect setting, cozy. Clean, super neat and set up with mugs, hats, coffee bags, etc etc for sale. Quiet setting. Friendly scene with plenty of sitting space. Might be my next study/writing spot. Perfect spot to warm up on a cold day. And the coffee was good too.Kid-friendliness: As long as they’re library quiet, sure.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.”
“I recently visited for the 1st time. I felt the whole establishment was well thought out from the logo to the interior design. The staff were friendly and had a pleasant atmosphere. The only thing thing I would say that I wasn't pleased with was the small metal chairs. I am a plus size women with disabilities. I went to grab a drink and work on a college paper. The only spot I saw ( I could have missed) was 3 small tables with metal chairs next to the outlets. They did have more comfortable seating but 1. I didn't want to take up a table meant for 4 (or more?) people and 2. It was not next to an outlet. I still want to give 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ but just wanted to express this for other disabled, plus size customers looking for a spot to work on their laptops.”
“Hands down the best sushi around this area. The food is always delicious and fresh! The service is great. I'd love to sit in and chat with the sushi chef and try his favorites/specialtiesCome in and try it, you'll be ”
“I've had the pleasure of helpful staff and a rotating stock of bargains to be had. Have to sometimes inspect the product closely though. But well worth the visit and search. Staff has been extremely helpful in tips, such as freezing bread, and every so often, looking at the best use by dates to ensure I can work things in to the meal planning. I like the old fashioned doughnuts, and the maple ones at that; blueberry being another. I look out for their sourdough bread, the garlic one is great, and the round sourdough for sandwiches. Chips can be found here, and I do like the tortilla chips. Worth the extra stop when shopping to find a bargain that day.”
“Cute little local Cafe and coffee shop. Excellent breakfast and treats! You can even call in orders. Lots of good outdoor seating for summer eves. Highly recommend the gyros, though they're a special item only available on occasion!”
