I love big foot Java and right by this one i go there because i love the coffee but waiting 20 minutes for a coffee and only 1 person in front of me absolutely ridiculous i can order a whole meal at starbucks with 2 coffees and 4 people in front of me and get in less then 10 minutes and its right next door. Train your employees better and get us our coffee quicker please !!!
32oz coffee need I say more. 5 stars if I didn't have to order at the window, not sure why in 2023 this was a thing. Or could be I'm not from around there and that's just how they do it.

I find it VERY inconvenient that they do not take cash as that is some people’s only way of paying! they use to be able to do it but now they do not accept and if they do take cash it has to be exact change or you will not get cash back.
