Today was icy cold. The kind of day where you just don't want to get out of bed. I didn't know what I wanted to do with the rest of my day but for some reason I knew I needed a breakfast burrito.Not just any breakfast burrito. It needed to be an epic breakfast burrito. The kind of breakfast burrito that leaves you warm and satisfied for the rest of the day. The kind of breakfast burrito that fights off the chill of a frigid winter.So I googled the best breakfast burrito in Kirkland and this taco truck came up.I have to say it was the perfect scratch to an annoying itch. This breakfast burrito was epic. It was the kind of breakfast burrito that you dream of. As you can tell, I've clearly eaten my share of breakfast burritos and this one put most of them to shame.And for $10? You've got to be kidding me.Unfortunately I ate it so fast that I don't have a picture to post but trust me when I say you can't go wrong.

Omg this place is sooooo good! I'm Chicana, and it's so hard to find good Mexican food in most of western WA, but this place is it. The rice, the breakfast burritos, so so good. I live in Bothell, but we will go out of our way to get food here. Also, the food was ready fast which is always a plus.

This taco truck in Kirkland makes amazing tacos!!! ? It’s located behind a gas station, so it can be easy to miss…We got one of each of the tacos and they were ALL delicious! ? We’ve been here several times and the food is always good.When the weather is warmer, we take our tacos down to Juanita Beach to enjoy by the water… it’s close by.(Tip: they also do catering events - there’s a separate phone # for that or you can inquire on their website.)
