This restaurant has an interesting concept; i.e. using the typical sushi conveyor belt and replacing the plate selections with hotpot ingredients! Blazing Bowl is a Laotian conveyor belt style hot pot, which is a fairly unique concept and is delicious! My husband and I come here when I'm craving hot pot and he's not. You can have one person do a personal hot pot and other people in the party order a single dish. Their traditional beef hot pot broth is really good, has some similarities to the taste of pho broth. We visited from AZ and seen the reviews for blazing bowl and decided to drive from Seattle to try it. The owners are nice and the vibe was on point. We were thrilled to be eating Lao food in a food court - literally so cool as we do not see much Lao restaurants. Flavor was authentic and spice was Lao spice levels.
