Employees here are incredibly rude every time I’ve been here over the last 10 years in both the drive thru and walk-in. Clearly staffing, including management, needs a complete overhaul.
Went in this evening at 5:15pm. Online hours for Xmas Eve showed that they were closing at 6:00pm.Pulled into the drive through and was immediately told that they were closed... I found this strange as the employees inside were just standing around... They weren't working on closing duties or anything.They clearly just didn't want to deal with anyone and decided to just turn people away.This location is getting progressively worse, I've been coming to this one for years. I've never encountered this bad customer service. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to open the drive thru window and when I asked him what time they open, he just ignored me and shut the window hard. I asked him if he's okay when he handed me the brown bag, he kept ignoring me and just closed the window. Do avoid going here!
