This is a happening place. The food was excellent. We especially liked the Burrata. We also had a salad, salmon, brussels sprouts. Food and service are both very good. It's a very noisy place. It's hard to have a conversation. I think it will be better when summer arrives and we can sit outside

We absolutely LOVE this restaurant! We've been going here for several years and the team exceed our expectations every single time. If you're looking for unique small plates and absolutely delicious entrees, this is definitely the place. They also have exceptional craft cocktails and a range of impressive wine selections from WA, CA and Italy. If you're undecided on wine, just ask Scott to give you a recommendation. :-)

Have been a regular here for many years. Food is always very good. Was disappointed recently after ordering an $18 appetizer, spinach-artichoke dip with crostini. The dip came with 3-4 tiny crostini and when I asked for more crostini I was surprised to see a charge of $10 for 3-4 more of them on the final bill. $28 appetizer now for bread with a dip???

Came in very open-minded after all the positive reviews. After ordering some clams was super disappointed- no flavor, no seasoning, half of the clams were empty (shells only) and none of the remainders were on the bottom of the dish. The dish only includes the clams in watery tasteless broth. The bread was an additional $6.Then came the main dishes. I get that the pasta should be al dente. However, this pasta was just not cooked and was very(!) thick. It made it hard to chew. The sauce in the pasta was watery and again, tasteless. All I tasted were the overpowering crunchy and fresh peas and green onion. The drinks were awful. Diluted and barely had any taste. The service was simply bad. The staff were constantly trying to take our half full plates, after saying 4 times that I was still working on my dish the waitress took my leftovers as if I were finished. The waitress was disrespectful and just didn’t care at all. She was more about turning the tables rather than providing a nice service and experience to the existing customers at the table.

We needed a microscope to see the Burrata in the Burrata with salad gnocchi didn't taste truffle as offered, consistency of them is not good at all. My Bolognese was just ok, if they could only avoid the use of that much canned tomato. In General a 7 out of 10, we expected a lot better food

Absolutely delicious food, super service and lovely ambience-although it was very loud as the restaurant was full and the light was low so older members of our group couldn't read the menu easily. We have a lovely dinner!

The food was great, perfect portions and great service. The table was cleaned up before dessert. Something we had not seen in years at other places around here. Highly recommend checking them out.

Great restaurant to linger and have a long conversation because service moves at a slower pace. The wine and pasta is great though! I'll be back again to try something else soon!
Excellent service. Everyone at the restaurant is super nice and prioritize customer satisfaction. Food was tasty and came out quickly. Only issue would be the noise level since tables are packed too tightly and the total area is small.
The food and the ambience were enjoyable, however for the price of the food I have had substantially better meals for the same price. Not a bad italian restaurant however very underwhelming if not mediocre for the price point.
The food is always outstanding and ambiance was very festive...we were so excited to be there over the holidays but our service was so awful it definitely impacted our experience. We brought our own wine and the waitress never offered to open it for us. Our dinner came before she opened the wine...I had to get out of my seat to find someone to open the wine. The manager came to our table and made the situation worse by saying we never asked for the bottle to be opened. Instead of making the situation better he made it more uncomfortable and the waitress even grabbed my friends arm when she walked to the restroom and said she was never asked to open the wine. Just too bad as the manager could have made the situation better but instead made it worse. We showed our server the bottle when we sat down and ordered our cocktails...we asked for the bottle to be opened after cocktails...never thought this would be such an issue. We asked for the Corkage fee of $35 to be taken off for this fiasco...which it was but only after a scene at our table where the manager and server were arguing with our table that they didn't know we wanted the bottle to be opened. Just not up to Cantinetta standards that we are used to.

The salmon and the mushroom risotto were fantastic (and we are bougie persnickety foodies!) the risotto was cooked perfectly, creamy and not mushy; the salmon was medium rare + which is perfect for us. The crust was a bit salty - and I like salt - but it balance nicely w the artichoke & capers. The tiramisu was exactly what you hope tiramisu will be. The staff was attentive and courteous, the back waiter was the highest level of professionalism. Our server was in the weeds and a little flustered, but she was attentive and our food came out perfectly timed. She or the barista forgot? our Americanos so we had long since finished our dessert and I had to remind her twice. But honestly I've been a server; been in the weeds. I know what that's like. She was perfect otherwise so I still tipped her 22%. They don't have a coat check but hung my coat in a closet which I appreciated and the atmosphere was cozy and refined but a little dark and on the loud side but not so much that it ruined our experience. I would DEFinitely go back. And even sit in our server's section again!

They automatically include a 20% gratuity for takeout that is picked up. They changed the halibut to salmon and did not tell us.

We love the ambiance and experience at Cantinetta. Only disappointed they didn't anything for our kids birthday. Which was noted on our reso and mentioned when texting. We still did something but perhaps just not in their culture to sing or provide an experience for special occasions.
