GREAT FOOD! you definitely need to visit once. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the servers were also very funny, they cracked a few jokes that just made the dinner better. We had ordered the antipasto assortito with the pizza carbonara which went together perfectly. And for dessert we ordered panna cotta which you should definitely get, it’s not very sweet but just the perfect balance and is simple and subtle. The overall dinning experience was a ten along with the ambiance. They also provide you with blankets incase you get cold especially if you’re sitting at a table in the patio. Also make sure to make reservations in advance as it is unlikely that you’ll find a table as per your preferred timing and they are usually full.

The atmosphere was great, the food was really delicious, and the service was the best The cioppino was the most delicious soup I've ever had, and the combination of duck and cherries was also fresh.I was touched that the to-go box was packaged like a gift.I am posting this review to thank Ronald for all his hard work in helping our family make good memories? I want to visit again!Kid-friendliness: There was a high chair for children and a special menu for children, but we shared our food instead of ordering.

Matthew knocked it out of the park for us tonight. We can't think of a better way to have celebrated our anniversary. We got the Wagyu Tartare and Fried Calamari as our appetizers. Although adventurous, they exceeded our expectations. The Dry-Aged Duck with Cherries and Salmon Pennette blew us away with their rich, sweet, and savory flavors. We planned on ordering the Tiramisu, but they brought it out 'on the house' in celebration of our anniversary. Overall, our experience at Carmine's with our server Matthew was an experience to remember!

We lived our dinner of a wonderful Manhattan and Vesper Martini and bone in filet and venison ravioli...EXCEPT for the tiramisu is NOT good. Look at the pics of theirs vs Il Terrazzo in downtown. The Seattle tiramisu is what you'd expect. Beautiful layers, textures, flavorful espresso and colors. We've had it many times. The Bellevue tiramisu is like pie, very untraditional with a dryish crust and pure white filling. Very disappointed ?
All the food was fantastic. Very well timed courses as well. The crab risotto was insanely good and the basque cheesecake to end was great (although would recommend without the berry compote).

Everything that we ordered was excellent. The Bison raviolli would only get a 7.5 as they where a little dry and didn't have a fresh side. On the other hand the ginochi and steak were the best I have ever had. Steak tartar as appetizer was superb.

I usually dread dining in downtown Bellevue due to lack of service, especially at the hostess stand but was amazed at how friendly and polished the staff at Carmine's was end to end. Thank you Carmine's for making my daughter's 18 birthday special.
We had a leisurely lunch that lasted two hours. No one rushed us, and we got great service. The antipasti platter was plenty for the four of us. We shared the delicious venison ravioli, and perfectly cooked scallops that were on the special menu. We got two desserts to share. The bread pudding was warm, not too heavy, and paired with some delicious ice cream. My favorite though was the Meyer lemon tart. A perfect end to a lovely meal.
Great service from hostess to manager to waiter. Food was equally as good from appetizers to salads to main course and also the desert and coffee and after dinner drink. Wine selection was very good as was the cocktail selection. Overall, we had a great evening and a memorable experience for our anniversary. Tank you for treating us so well.

Charcuterie and formaggi was delicious for both of us. Carpaccio is my new favorite; it has a rich tomato broth with lots of seafood. Very energizing. Husband had cannelloni and he enjoyed it too.
