Parking: The parking wasn't hard to find.Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the place because of the variety of options like hot chocolate, chocolate pancakes and Strawberry crepes, they said the food tasted amazing. The staff was very kind and the food came to our table very quickly

This was my husband’s and I first visit, and I can say it was a wonderful experience. We did go on a Wednesday morning so it was not so busy. The waitress was ready with the menus as soon as we walked in. The place is on the smaller side but super adorable. My husband and I shared the weekly scramble, an order of blueberry pancakes and a side order of bacon(2x) and 1 link sausage. My husband was not a fan of the link sausage but I loved it. The food was so delicious, I think we inhaled everything under 10 minutes. The table was super clean, everything was just perfect. And of course super friendly staff. We will definitely be back. Probably next week.

On a weekend, this place is so crowded hence the delay in the service. The food tops it. Coffee is okay. We had Swedish pancakes and Eggs Benedict and found a new friend who was a regular there. Love it!

Food is decent. Service could be improved. They have a strict policy of not seating you when your party hasn't arrived in full. I do understand this policy, especially on a weekend when lined up, but would be better if they could exercise some flexibility and common sense like when it's a weekday and the restaurant is at 60% capacity. Also, the server mixed up our order and although offered to change it, she didn't seem enthused to do so. Been many times but don't think I'd go back.

Cute little diner located in Bellevue, WA. The pancakes are light, large and fluffy. Lots of options on toppings, and different kinds of syrups. If you're a pancake lover it's a must. Next time I'll request to sit outside behind the white picket fence and their patio.

Solid breakfast joint. Nothing fancy, very homey atmosphere. Good friendly service. We had the hash brown omelette out of curiosity. In hindsight I would order an omelette and get hash brown separately. There wasn't enough egg but more hash brown. Still good. French toast was solid and bacon was thick and crispy. It was only steps from my daughter's new place so convenient!

Definitely a popular spot for Sunday mornings. Free flowing coffee is my love language and Chase's gets that. These pancakes are the best I've had in a while, not too big, not artificially fluffy. Just delicious, just right. Great variety of combo options for indecisive folks and a selection of lunchy items for the anti-brunch crowd.

The staff were really nice, but I would never order the corned beef hash here again. It tasted like it came from a can, salty with a metallic aftertaste. It was also expensive for canned corned beef, and basically indelible.I won't be running back anytime soon since it cost $50 for two people to have a standard breakfast. If I do go back, I'd probably focus on ordering pancakes instead since the meat dishes do not appear to be their specialty!

Great service and atmosphere but ultimately mediocre food at high prices, even for bellevue, and surviving only because there aren't very many options like it in the area. There is one though, Farine in downtown can get you a better brunch for less money and better quality.

This is a cozy cafe and restaurant, perfect for having an American breakfast. They feature amazing pancakes and have a variety of savory options. They do have parking, however, it is mostly full over the weekends. I personally love the hustle and bustle of this place.Vegetarian options: They have limited vegetarian options and most of the options have eggs in them. I am a vegetarian and I mostly eat pancakes, waffles, French toast and hash brown here.Parking: 8-10 parking spots available
