The staff at the bar were awesome. I had the new york steak and it did not disappoint. Nice warm environment, great for a private meal and drink.

This is not a wine bar. It's a cookie cutter hotel bar with corporate drones everywhere. Service at the bar was somewhere between inattentive and rude. The wine list was a joke. My wife and I went there before dinner at a nearby restaurant and we walked out. That's how bad it was. Avoid, or go at your own risk.

The service was absolutely awful. I saw the waiter ONCE in 45 minutes. I placed my order when I was sat, he dropped off my cocktail, and he didn't pay attention to me again. I would have ordered another, but couldn't get his attention. While authoring this review, I'm trying to get his attention but can't, to pay and leave. Debating asking if I can pay at the hotel check-in front desk...

Had 2 glasses of happy hour red wine...glad it was HR as that's high in Canadian dollars.

Breakfast is excellent here! The server Jon Jon is the best. He is always the sweetest when we come. We love to stay here multiple times a year and always come for the breakfast buffet. The prices are great too for the selection you get if very fresh and tasty food. The last visit we had dinner here as take out. The server was really friendly that we dealt with however the food was ok. The price was super high for kids meals. Double the price of what I would have thought it would be. However breakfast is for sure a win here and we will be back again for that!

While I haven't frequented Cypress in the evening, I have come here for the breakfast buffet a few times. The space is nice and there's actually a large selection of hot/cold foods available, along with a made to order omelette station. Service is attentive and it's just a quick/convenient place to drop in when we're feeling too lazy to make breakfast at home.Love the freshly squeezed juice, pastries, bacon and scrambles. $29/pp and there's a nice variety to choose from.

Average food at best. But what really burns is I left my credit card there and they reached out to tell me it would be held at the hotel front desk, and the people at the front desk destroyed it immediately. I went to collect it two hours later and they had destroyed it. Couldn't even give me two hours to return to get it. So upset. The guy at the front desk tells me this unremorsefully: that he immediately cut it up, giving the customer no chance of getting it.

Asked for drinks and I felt like we waited forever they came and they really need to hold back on the lime juice everyone was nearly choking! I felt it had little or none alcohol worst drinks I’ve had in Bellevue.
Great wine selections & atmosphere. Would recommend for any small group meeting or cocktail hour type of evening! I wouldn't expect too much from the food selection as they are just basic finger foods. Go for the wine!

Very good food and nice ambience. Part of a hotel but don't allow that deter you it is worth a visit. Staff are very friendly and pleasant. The great food is delivered in great presentation and great portions. 10/10 would eat here again

Staying at Weston for a week. What a complete disappointment that they have almost no vegan options. Lamb? Ugh.

The made-to-order omelets were delicious. We ate the Easter brunch was worth every every bite. Thank you so much to Yuki and Keivan Rodd. Excellent service from both of them.
