Love the food here as always, and service is impeccable. The pork soup dumplings (5/5), sticky ribs (4.5/5), the pot stickers (4.5/5), the chili wontons (5/5), and the chocolate filled dumplings (1 million/5) are all my favorites, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. They also validate parking which is a huge plus.

Excellent place for people who love Asian food. The food is very tasty and the service is very quick. There is a drinks refill. Excellent soup and dumpling dishes. For the dessert, you must must try Nutella chocolate dumpling. There is only one disadvantage , you need to plan your time to visit this restaurant. It could be a very long wait....Vegetarian options: A lot of different vegetarian dishes: soup, salads, etc.Parking: There are a lot of parkin spaces in the area, around the shopping center. Also there is 3 floor underground parking in the restaurant building .

Din Tai fung in Bellevue is usually very pleasant experience. But in our efforts to eat a meal together with a large group (10 ppl) our experience was less than ideal. We were all put together at a single table and forced to be squeezed together like sardines with some folks barely even being able to sit close enough to the table. And sat next to an empty room that had plenty of room. Being told the room was closed as we see folks eating in the room. They didn't seem to be willing to make any kind of effort to make it more accommodating and when asking for utensils. All they had were plastic forksGiven our history with this restaurant and being a family favorite. This was a surprising and disappointing experience

I got Shrimp Fried Rice here at Din Tai Fung, it’s really good. My friends got Prok Xiao Long Bao. Shu served us, and he gave really good customer service. But pricey, but it’s really nice for social gatherings!

I miss Din Tai Fung. I used to take my kids there when we lived there, but that was about 7 years ago. I live close to the east coast now, and the ONLY Taiwanese restaurants that even come close to Din Tai Fung are either in Washington DC, or NYC. Din Tai Fun, please come out here.

Hey, this place is great for groups, big or small. The food is delicious and the ingredients are top-notch.The service is really attentive too.You should definitely make a reservation though, because it gets packed.I loved the Pepper Beef and the chocolate dumplings ?
Everyone knows about the dumplings so I'll skip it. I ordered the hot and sour soup, braised beef noodle, and the chilli wonton, ALL of them were done right. The hot and sour soup was super flavourful, thinly sliced tofu that looked like noodles, perfect spiciness and sourness. One of the best I've ever had.The braised beef noodle was tender and melt in your mouth. Soup was rich and packed with beef flavour. Their noodle was a perfect consistency to soak up that soup.Chilli shrimp wonton was amazing, not spicy at all, just full of flavour. Shrimp was just cooked through so still got a good springiness to it when you eat it.Didn't expect them to actually have the table ready for the time that we booked, but service was just amazing.

My recent experience at Din Tai Fung in Bellevue was exceptional. From appetizers to desserts, each dish was perfectly balanced and of extraordinary quality. The chocolate mochi was a standout, leaving us craving for more. With attentive staff and just-right portion sizes, Din Tai Fung surpassed my expectations. Can't wait to return for more culinary delights ?
