We really enjoyed our dinner. You have to get the mushroom appetizer. It is AWESOME. Parking is validated and you get 3 hours free in the garage when you eat at the restaurant. The wait for a table can be while at peak times, but often there is no wait at the bar and their are two nice tables in the bar.

Unique dining experience ~ Dim Sum style. The food was outstanding! Highly recommend the green beans, broccoli and cabbage (the pork dishes looked good, I don't eat it). Try the spicy sauce that is provided.

Oh Din Tai Fung Seattle, how I wanted to fall in love with thee! I adore Din Tai Fung in Taipei. The soup dumplings are awesome. The soup dumplings here are good but seem to be a minor part of the menu. Everything else is just ok and rather pricey. The place is clean and the service is good. It is fun being able to watch the dumplings being made. It is good to bring guests here to check this destination off their list, but I won't making it a regular occurrence.

We have eaten here many times at Din Tai Fung and I have reviewed before. We have not been in several years and recently returned. Same outstanding service and food. We always get the dumplings and spicy wonton--simply amazing entrees with all made fresh daily. No reservations accepted and there will probably be a wait--but the wait list is well managed--they have got it down. Value is good. Venue is somewhat basic. This is a not-to-miss experience if you like Chinese/Taiwan style food. I highly recommend. One of our all-time favorites including their restaurant in Hong Kong!

Very overpriced and super long waited! The kiddos like it so we waited nearby regardless. Although the dumplings are pretty good. It would help if the soup is bigger portioned though.

Friend got us a reservation... so we got lucky there.. Thursday night seem to be a small wait for walk ups.. the restaurant setting was nice.. Food gonna say 8 out of 10.. the hype was too high and it tasted ok.. nothing special as you can find most of it at a dim sum house.. Garlic green beans was super good as well as the spicy won ton. mild spice.. drinks were fine.. won ton soup wasn't all that.. but the hot and sour soup was good. Cost.. gonna be high compared to normal dim sum... but we were full and happy.. for 4 adults and a teen .. 170 including 1 drink each. Service was excellent! LOUIE was nice and polite In conclusion the food was decent.. but price wise it's high.. love the atmosphere.

I stopped by for lunch Yesterday. We had several items. We'd asked our waiter for a suggestion on a pork and shrimp shu mai. (It's not quite called that) he pointed to the pork and shrimp dumpling. When it arrived I told the server that it wasn't what I'd wanted. Our waiter came over irritated that he'd told me the wrong item. I offered to try what was made. We then had to wait another 25 minutes for the final dish to be made. For two people at lunch with not a lot of food it was $70 plus tip. Seems super spendy. We had pork dumpling (wasn't very juicy and soupy like it used to be) Shrimp and pork potsticker this was delicious Garlic green beans delicious Pork bun. It was just ok Pork and shrimp shu mai. Was just ok as well. (Could have been because I was full by now)

So much anticipation to dine at Din Tai Fung. The xiaolong bao were delicious. The juicy pork surrounded by a layer of broth stuffed inside a thin dumpling was mesmerizing. The chefs here executed the dishes well. Also tried the crispy shrimp dumplings, pork chop fried rice and spicy dumplings. Everything was excellent. Soda machine carbonation slightly off and tasted flat and the syrup was separate. Staff was friendly. Good vibes and delicious XLB.

Wide variety of East Asian cuisine such as dumplings, buns, soups, noodles. Steaming hot and fresh when served at the table. Perfect for large groups. Absolutely delicious.

Omg! I want to give them 10 stars ⭐️! Everything was delicious, service was great and quick. We ordered: Jidori Chicken Dumplings ? (my favorite now), Shrimp & Kurobuta Pork Wontons with house spicy sauce, Kurobata Pork Xiao Long Bao, Chocolate & Mochi Xiao Long Bao, Cucumber salad and Sautéed Bok Choy. It’s was enough for two hungry people. Everything was very well balanced - fillings, spices, dough. My recommendation is to try the chocolate one, it’s blown my mind up, I wasn’t expected that. Thanks for your food and service!

Had a good lunch here, Din Tai Fung is always a solid option regardless of location. The staff at the Bellevue location were friendly and the wait was only 20 minutes during lunchtime. The pork Xiao Long Bao were great, the cucumber salad was pretty good, i tried some of my friends vegetarian wontons which were surprisingly good. We ordered a ton of different dishes and shared everything which is the best way to experience the food. I do wish the chili sauce was actually spicy here but cant really mark them down for that

Always great food! Food quality is great! Service is good. They are always quite busy. A lot of things to choose from. Only cons maybe that a little bit pricy. But overall, it is really great!

So so good! We decided to try Din Tai Fung for lunch. Couldn't get a reservation so we showed up at 11am when they opened. There was already a line, but we were seated quickly. We do not eat pork, which is heavily featured on the menu. However, we were able to find at least 5-6 different items that met our dietary restrictions. Highlights were the cod dumplings and the veggie noodles. But everything was delicious. Service was efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.
